Finding confidence in your strengths | Dr. Othello Richards

When his dream of flying airplanes for the military was denied because he didn't have 20/20 vision, Dr. Othello Richards found himself on a journey of following his strengths first doing mechanical engineering then on air to broadcast journalism. Even though English was his native language, he had to relearn how to speak to change his African accent to a more neutral standard broadcast style. 

Although our lives might not take us from planes, engineering, to broadcast, Dr. Othello Ricahrds' story inspires all to live life pursuing your strengths.
